This blog was created for industry people, patrons, bar flies, shut-ins, nosey people, social media addicts, people who need to pretend they are doing “research” when the boss walks by and generally anyone out there who just needs a way to fill time.
MORE THAN A BARTENDER is based in the philosophy that bartenders do so much more than sling drinks. Sure, we are chefs of the liquid variety and yes, we dabble in comedy, therapy, and the occasional sociology experiment that comes with a typical bar shift. BUT! Even with all that on our plates, deep down we are creative and talented individuals that are dedicated to our craft.
With all the time I have spent in the restaurant industry, I truly LOVE what I do. The bonus is I get paid, by you, to have a great time.
